Junto: Legacy

What legacy will you leave?

The most important figure in a young man’s life is his father (or father figure).

A father (or father figure which may be an older brother, grandparent, uncle or friend) is the one who helps them discover the sort of man they want to be and you set the standard of that man by the standard you hold yourself to.

Legacy is an initial 6-week program plus ongoing where your son/young man will join you to train, learn skills and lessons, and build a community of like-minded men of all ages.

The connection between fathers/father figures and sons has become weaker and weaker as we men have less opportunity to bring our sons into our lives and help them navigate through the world. This gets outsourced to schools, teachers, colleagues, employers and friends and we get pushed to the side.

Our mission is to change that and give the space for dads or father figures and young men to build that bond whilst learning valuable skills and getting strong too!

Who is Legacy for?

The fathers or father figures and young men (11 and up) who complete our program are either here because:

  • They want to spend some quality time with their son and become a better role model.

  • They or their son is interested in strength training or would like to become stronger, fitter and healthier together

  • They want to set their sons up with the tools and skills which will lead them to success.

  • They want to connect more and on a deeper level with their sons. They want to take things to another level.

  • There are some challenges they are facing either with their son or just their relationship overall and they want to focus on resolving them.

Program Dates

Sessions run on Thursdays at 5 pm. Register your interest here.

Our goal is to have one of these programs running every night. We need a minimum of 5 fathers and sons to run an evening which is very achievable if you get in touch with your son’s sports club or school.
