The Crucible 6-Week Program

 

The Crucible - a situation of trial in which different elements interact, leading to the creation of something new. A new relationship with ourselves will forged during this challenge. 

It’s a call to arms. It’s a call not to just talk about men’s health, but actively participate or support men, and organisations that support men. Because we’re rebuilding ourselves to be better men.

It’s an opportunity to take steps toward becoming a better version of yourself, while supporting others to do the same. Whether you’re a couch potato or elite athlete, there’s something for you.

This isn’t just another challenge. This is a community working together to revolutionise how we, as men, show up. To revolutionise how we communicate and support men with their physical, mental and emotional health to eliminate some of the risk factors leading to all forms or mortality in men.

Why?

What we’re about is helping men acknowledge something in their life, and then help them move through that by giving them a challenge, a purpose, a program and a community to do that.

Ok, ok… But what actually is it?

If we want to raise the standards and really help ourselves and others, we need to be the example we want to see. It’s very simiple, but that doesn’t make it easy.

We’ll challenge your mind, body and spirit. The goal of this program is to implement the simple, daily actions which I know move the needle. The things, when I’ve done them well, life and the body is significantly better. If you miss anything in a week, ie only train twice, you start your 6-weeks again.

What do I have to do?

Some of the basic action items are:

  • Train/move 4x a week (can be in the gym, a class or on your own riding/running etc)

  • 6-weeks sober (alcohol, drugs etc)

  • Eat well and follow some nutrition guidance

  • Reading and journalling in a journal we’ve spent years crafting

  • Complete some weekly challenges throughout

  • We’ll help you set goals, create a plan and work on creating social connections to build a robust support network

When?

The 6-week program is an entry point for men who want to make a big shift in their life. We have men completing this program throughout the year when they are ready, and occasionally we’ll do it as a collective. So you can start ANYTIME. I know what you’re going to say… ‘I’ve got a few things on’ or ‘I’m going away for a week’. Like most things in life, there is no perfect time. To have a clear 6-weeks where you have nothing on your plate is like the modern man thinking the solar eclipse is going to align with a shooting star and a wash out for your kids sports. There are going to be obstacles, and thats precisely whats this program is about.

There are 2 options if you’d like to participate.

Option 1: Standard - $40 per week or $220 up-front

Option 2: Sponsor - Pay as little as $7 per week for those in financial difficulty

**This price will increase to $399 in 2025.

There’s multiple options on how you can participate and complete this, even if you’re in terrible shape. Every step forward is a win. Every win, and every failure is progress. All we ask is that you talk to us and challenge yourself to do something that scares you a little bit.
